¡¡¡¡Shandong Weiqiao Jiajia Home Textile Co., Ltd. is affiliated to Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group Co., Ltd., which is located at No.1 WeiFang Road,Zouping Economic Development Zone,Shandong,China. With Qingdao Port 180km to the east, Jinan International Airport 40km to the west and Ji-Qing Exp.Way running through nearby, we enjoy great convenience in transportation.
We have standard workshops of over 15,000 square meters. As to equipment, we have 800 sets of machine, including 455 sets of computerized sewing machine, 4 sets of single quilting machine, 4 sets of multi-needle quilting machine, 2 sets of embroidering machine in addition to 335 sets of other necessary machines. Based on the support of grey fabrics from Weiqiao Group, we mainly produce various cotton, T/C, yarn-dyed and printed fabrics and finished home textiles as wide as 3.5M. Our monthly output reaches over 3 million meters of fabrics and yearly output of home textiles is 15 million pieces. Our products cover bedding linens and curtains, which are available in 5 series, namely, Printed Jacquard Series, Printed Series, Printed Embroidery Series, Quilting Series and Hotel Series. We are also authorized by Weiqiao Pioneering Group Co., Ltd. to use its renowned brand of ¡°Jiajia Home Textile¡±, which is famous for its specific design, fine craftsmanship and best materials.
With the advantages of the Group in capital, human resources and technologies, Our products are exported to countries and regions like USA, England and Australia. For quality control, we adopt ISO9001 in all procedures from material to manufacturing; while for dyestuff and auxiliaries we mainly buy from the world famous suppliers like Ciba, Clariant, DyStar and Basf to ensure safe and eco-free quality. In addition, we have passed OEKO-TEX100 certification in 2006. Besides the control on the smooth daily operation, we pay more attention the cooperation with world top companies in research on new auxiliaries for hydrophilic detergent, hydrophilic drip-dry, fire-proof, Nano-anti-bacteria and fragrance finishing so as to produce better products for customers and create more profits for ourselves.
